Very attentive and best staff and MARVELLOUS location very close to the city centre!

I couldn't recommend Piccolo Residence Apart-Hotel more. the hotel is a unique base for staying in Florence. - the location is marvellous and stunning, just a short walk away from a prominent art museum. - the room is spacious and well-designed for kids running around.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met my requirements, would definitely recommend it. My parent and I enjoyed being there. The room was big and beautifully designed for kids running around, the staff were very attentive. The location was marvellous and incredible, hotel is based at the end of the road.

The central location of this place was superb, and we had such a great time that we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent! Very nice studio: silent, large, comfortable beds, mini kitchen with everything you may need, big bathroom. Short walking to all the touristic highlights in Florence - 3 min to Duomo or to Galleria di Accademia! Taro as a host was wonderful, helpful and accommodating! If we'll come back again, we will definitely choose this place.

I stayed at Piccolo Residence Apart-Hotel for a weekend with two women and felt safe and secure. The staff, especially Taro, were friendly and helpful. The building is well-maintained, the apartment was warm and spacious, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from the cathedral. The apartment had a kitchen, a washing machine in the basement, and thoughtful amenities like extra pillows, blankets, and tea. a fantastic stay with great value for money.

The location is superb as it is situated close to many tourist attractions such as the Duomo and the Academia, making it easy for tourists to visit them. It is in the heart of the city, and the street views from the rooms are simply breathtaking. Its central location means that there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to satisfy every palate.

The hotel could use some updates, with some corridors smelling a bit musty, but this is something that is to be expected in an old building.
